Ann
Kaneko, writer, director and producer
Ann is a native Angelino and graduated from UCLA with an MFA in Directing
for Film and Television. Her insightful feature-length documentary,
Overstay, about migrant workers in Japan has screened worldwide to
enthusiastic audiences. Ann has made several short films, among them,
Lucy Goes Shopping, A Shortness of Breath and Displaced which have
toured many festivals. Ann was a Japan Foundation Artist Fellow and
was recently awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to direct a film in Peru.
Ann is also a cinematographer and has shot numerous documentaries
and shorts.

Jonathan
Segel, composer
Jonathan Segel is an accomplished musician and composer. He has composed
for film and dance and has toured throughout the U.S., Canada and
Europe with a number of bands, most notably Camper Van Beethoven,
Sparklehorse and Cracker and with avant garde musician Eugene Chadbourne.
He has scored several films, including Mia Trachinger¹s IFP Spirit
Award nominated bunny and Joy Phillips¹ Kickin¹ Chicken
(another DWW project). He has also worked as a sound editor with Academy
Award winning sound designer Dane A. Davis at Danetracks. Currently,
he studies music composition and electronic music at Mills College.

Patti Lee, director of photography
Patti Lee has worked as a cinematographer, lighting director and
gaffer for the past ten years. After graduating from the UCLA Department
of Film and Television, Patti has worked with cinematographers Newton
Thomas Sigel (X-Men, Apt Pupil); John Lindley (Pleasantville) and
Guillermo Navarro (Stuart Little, Jackie Brown). Most recently, she
was the lighting director on MTV¹s The Real World- New Orleans
and Disney Channel¹s Bug Juice with lighting designer Victor
Nelli, Jr. She has shot many award-winning shorts, including Jennifer
Arnold¹s Maid of Honor (Bean Productions), which screened at
Sundance 2000 and Carl Pfirman¹s The Confession. Patti also shot
Mia Trachinger¹s bunny, which has screened at Toronto, San Sebastian,
The Hamptons and Los Angeles festivals, and has been nominated for

Deco, production designer
Production designer , Set Decorator, Prop Master, and Point-Man,
Kelly Deco has had 18 years experience in the movie business, working
for major and minor film studios in Los Angeles. He has had extensive
background as a scenic artist, sculptor, and graphic artist and has

Fearing, sound designer
Tammy Fearing is a sound editor/designer working at Paramount Pictures
under the supervision of Cece Hall. Tammy has been nominated for an
MPSE Golden Reel award for her ADR editing on "Rugrats in Paris".
She received the MPSE Golden Reel Award and was a part of the Sound
crew awarded 2 Oscars for sound editing on Titanic. Some of her more
recent credits include sound editing for 100% Human Hair, Mission
Impossible II, Save the Last Dance, Sleepy Hollow, and Along Came
